A 2-year USDOL Apprenticeship, intended for a fulltime employee that will be a part-time college student in hands-on courses.

CNC Machinist

Metalworking, Programming and set up of CNC Mill and Lathe, Blueprint reading, Precision Measuring, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT), CAD/CAM programming, and other support processes

General Machinist

Manual Machining, Lathes, Mills, Grinding, Metalworking, Blueprint Reading, Precision Measuring, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT), and other support processes

Welder/Fabricator

Mechanical Drawings, Layout, Measurement, Metal Cutting, Shearing, Bending, Welding Processes (Stick, Mig and Tig), and other support processes

Quality Technician

Principals, Practices, Systems, and Planning, Process Control (SPC), Measurement, Gage Calibration, R&R, Capability, Lean, Problem Solving, Safety, Analytic Software, Interpersonal and professional communication, Presentation Skills, and other support processes

CAD Drafter

CAD Software, 2D & 3D Modeling, Technical Drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT), Orthographic Projection, and other support processes
